The Career Confidence Course

GROUP COACHING TO HELP YOU GROW YOUR CAREER CONFIDENCE

Does this sound familiar?

  • Feeling like you’re in over your head at work, and it’s only a matter of time until others catch on

  • Frustrated that you did so well in school but now you’re never sure if you’re “doing it right”

  • Feeling like luck is the main reason you’ve been able to land the job or complete the project

  • Not wanting to try something new unless you’re positive you’ll be good at it

  • Deciding not to apply to that dream job you found because you don’t meet every requirement

Imposter syndrome shows up differently for everyone, but the effect can be significant: missed opportunities, increased frustration, and a heck of a lot of stress and worry. To make it even worse, there’s a lot written about how the lack of career confidence is a problem, but not many resources about what to do about it.

(And no. “Fake it till you make it” is not a solution)

We need actual strategies to produce real results, not platitudes about thinking your way to career confidence.

We don’t need another thinkpiece about how women are disproportionately affected by imposter syndrome. We need a plan for what to do about it.

The Career Confidence Framework combines deep self-awareness with short-term, long-term, and community-based strategies for long-term career confidence.

In the Career Confidence Course, you’ll join a cohort of others focused on overcoming imposter syndrome for an intensive, 7-week program designed to support you and give you the tools you need to mitigate imposter syndrome for the long term.

This program combines group coaching with access to video lessons and worksheets designed to help you implement actual techniques and tactics right away. By the end of our seven weeks together, you’ll feel dramatically more confident at work – armed with a long-term strategy for continuing to grow your confidence and more than 28 tools you can use in-the-moment to navigate inevitable confidence setbacks.
