Whether you’re a first-time manager or a lifelong learner looking to deepen your expertise, this workshop series is a great way to level-up your skills and build community with fellow social impact professionals.
In this four-part series, we’ll tackle crucial management challenges with tools and frameworks you can implement immediately.
This is a four-part series. Although each session can be taken individually, we encourage you to register for the entire series to deepen your practice (and confidence!).
By the end of the series, you’ll:
Have mastered (and implemented!) strategic management tools and frameworks
Have reflected on your leadership style and approach
Have expanded your professional network of leaders in the social impact space
Have insight into what makes a meaningful and successful internship or project-bound experience

After each session, participants will receive a recording of the workshop and a PDF workbook with resources, activities, and extra content. Live participation is encouraged, but you’re welcome to participate asynchronously if that’s better for your schedule.
Individuals who register after the series has started will receive the recordings + session materials from all of the earlier sessions!
